These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the walorenz.ai website and service (the "Service"), operated by WALorenZ GmbH, Marie-Bernays-Platz 14, 68309 Mannheim, Germany. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
walorenz.ai is an AI-assisted tool that generates draft industrial automation concepts — including suggested instrumentation, control architecture, and an indicative bill of materials — from the information you provide.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval shown at checkout (monthly or yearly). Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of VAT. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Free plans may have usage limits that we may adjust.
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
You retain all rights to the briefs, files, and data you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use Your Content to train shared models.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by WALorenZ GmbH and protected by law. Subject to these Terms, you may use the outputs generated for your own business purposes.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties. We are liable without limitation only for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations ("cardinal obligations"), our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Any further liability is excluded. This does not affect liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz).
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. Statutory termination rights remain unaffected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where permitted, the place of jurisdiction for disputes with merchants is Mannheim. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
